The Spanish Movie Series is a sequence of projects for my Spanish class Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior years of high school. This project involved creating an original dialog, filming, and editing in the course of a few days; for many of the projects, all-nighters of some sort were required in order to complete this project by the deadline. The expectations for this project were much lower than these projects; a simple poster board would have sufficed in most cases. However, my friend and I decided that we were going to exceed the expectations through these projects and apply our knowledge of video production and special effects to our Spanish classes.
Each of these videos features a sci-fi "secret agent" theme. We chose this style of video because we had seen plenty of the cliche "person orders from a clothing store" Spanish project videos and wanted to create something original and unique.
Please check out the movies listed below; note that the first movie was produced Freshman year and they get sequentially better as our experience increased both in the Spanish language and in the field of video production and editing.
